    • Promoting the venue’s facilities to new and existing clients through a proactive sales approach
    • Delivering outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to successful event completion
    • Coordinating and maintaining all event paperwork, contracts and invoicing administration to ensure smooth event delivery
    • Supporting the wider Business Development and Conference & Events teams with networking events, exhibitions, open days and operational event support when required
    • Working collaboratively with internal teams to develop Christmas event concepts, review guest feedback and enhance the overall customer experience and commercial performance

    What You’ll Bring

    • Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
    • A passion for sales and delivering results
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A proactive and reactive approach, with the confidence to contact prospective clients, agents and venues
